All motor voltage and frequency combinations are available.

Gear

Various gear types available depending on configuration.
Standard: filled with synthetic or mineral oil; optional: certified food-grade oil.
Standard finish: painted RAL 5010.

ATEX – Optional

The agitator can be supplied with ATEX certification for use in potentially explosive environments, including a Declaration of Conformity in accordance with Directive 94/9/EC.

Application

Menjaga Media Tetap Homogen:
Digunakan pada milk storage tanks, cream tanks, mixed product tanks, hingga UHT product storage tanks.
Pencampuran dan Pelarutan (Mixing and Solutions):
Diterapkan pada proses pencampuran cairan seperti drinking yoghurt dan fruit mix tanks, flavoured milk mix tanks, serta syrup mix tanks.
Dispersi Padat (Solid Dispersion):
Digunakan untuk mencampur bubuk dengan cairan, misalnya powder protein + oil mix tanks atau micro salt + milk product mix tanks.
Suspensi (Suspension):
Cocok untuk cairan yang mengandung partikel, seperti juice tanks dan crystallising tanks.
Transmisi Panas (Heat Transmission):
Diterapkan pada sirkulasi media di tangki dengan dimple jacket untuk proses pendinginan atau pemanasan.
Fermentasi Produk Susu (Dairy Fermentation – break coagula + mixing):
Digunakan pada proses fermentasi susu seperti yoghurt tanks, cheese culture tanks, dan crème fraîche.

Tipe ALT
