Standard Design

1. Pump Gearbox

The SCPP pump uses a circumferential piston design and integrates a cast iron gearbox that ensures maximum shaft rigidity.
We apply powder coating to the gearbox as standard. Stainless steel gearboxes are available as an option for models 006, 015, 018, 030, 045, 060, and 130.

Models 006, 015, and 018 use one-piece AISI 316L stainless steel shafts.
Models 030, 045, 060, 130, 220, and 320 use high-strength 17-4 PH one-piece shafts.

The four-way mounting design allows users to position the ports horizontally or vertically, providing flexible installation options.

2. Pumphead Construction

The standard pump casing uses AISI 316 stainless steel and features an internal surface finish of Ra 32 / Ra 0.8 that complies with 3-A Sanitary standards.

The rotors use a special non-galling alloy. The standard configuration includes twin-wing rotors. For applications that handle larger solid particles, users can select a single-wing rotor option.

The pump supports the following seal configurations:

• Single O-ring seal

• Single mechanical seal

• Double O-ring seal with flush

• Double mechanical seal with flush
